Data security compliance and integration into your LMS

At no point do we store any personally identifiable information.

Integration into your institution’s LMS is easy
We need to know 2 things from your IT department:
The domain name being linked. While this is usually the same as the email, we know on occasion it is different.
The LMS platform being used. e.g Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle etc.
Once we have these details, we will provide you with a link that be embedded into your LMS.
Note: the link will only work when accessed by following a link from university’s domain.
The whole platform has been set up to work with entirely anonymous accounts.
The user is supplied with a randomly generated username e.g. friendly_yellow_bat_keeper, (which cannot be edited) and requested to create a password - this must be retained, eg. emailed to themselves.
We do not store any email addresses. Emails are not required to enrol in the programme. This allows students or staff to create anonymised accounts and access the system.
After registering, the site can be accessed directly and login is with auto-generated credentials.
